because i played this dating sim today that legit reminded me so much of toni and daren
and now i really wanna roleplay them and use the storyline from the dating sim
but make all the stupid dopey romantic shit less dopey and stupid and more realistic and format it to them
because the storyline is so perfect for them

i haven't been reading more sobs but i have been watching more anime because priorities
so i've been dying to get creative but haven't been able to

okay so basically the storyline is that the girl just moved to the city to see her uncle (he's not really her uncle he's like 3 years older than her and a distant relative) and have him help her get a job now that she's out of college. You get to choose one of your uncle's besties to get a "job" from, but actually you have to do them a favor by pretending to be married to them. The guy that I picked was really sassy and sarcastic because those are always the least wimpy and sappy and actually interesting. Basically he got this job as a teacher at a prestigious all-girls school, and they only hire female teachers typically but if they do hire dudes they have to be married because they don't allow dating at the school and all the girls at the school would be all over him if he wasn't married and the school doesn't want that. And he told them he was married but the vice principal is getting suspicious so he makes you pretend to be his wife but then you start to actually fall in love even though you hated each other at first and for some reason that sounded perfect for toni and daren

that sounds adorable
but imagining daren as a teacher
it feels weird but he could be one
though i dunno how enthusiastic he would be
he might actually hate teaching unless it was a subject he enjoyed
like really enjoyed
he should be an english literature teacher

we could always adapt the storyline but the concept would be adorable for them
the nice thing about school is that it had a girl student that really liked the teacher dude and kept giving the main girl sass
i could see a girl giving toni sass and toni just being like "you know he's literally ten years older than you right"

i love sassy characters
